Do we need to contact a lawyer?

Our daughter was divorced two year sago. She received the family home as part of the settlement with a bill of $270,000. This money was lent to her by her aunt and uncle who have changed their contract terms and want their money now instead of in 10 year time span. She has had the house on the market for over a year and it has not sold. We intend to sell our house, do some renovations ($89,000.00 - total) to her house to accomodate all of us. (She has three small children.) We will pay off all of her debts in return for the purchase of the house for $1.00. She will live there free and clear. The house is valued at 459,000. She owes her aunt and uncle $270,000. We have been paying her taxes, water bill, rent (because they had her move out in order to sell the house), utilities, etc., etc. for the past two years.Do we need to hire a lawyer to complete this transaction? The title on the house is free of any liens. Thanks.

Depends. What legal qualifications do you have??
If you are very comfortable with your state laws on real estate transactions, lending, mortgages, etc., then you probably won't need an attorney. If not, then you do.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
