What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Georgia

I have searched and inquired about this and cannot find an answer. I own a single family home which I reside in at the moment. I may rent the entire home out or I may just get a couple of roommates. I want to install double cylinder deadbolt locks on my exterior french doors and on my front door which has a glass side panel. I hear that in some states these types of locks are illegal for rentals because it can hinder escape incase of emergency. I cannot find any information on Georgia however. Can someone point me in the right direction? What does Georgia law say?

Thanks!

If its zoning code info it will be available from your city/county zoning desk. BUT you know you might want to check your home insurance web site to see if they offer tips related to home security when single cylinder locks are used.

**A: it is against building code to intall that type of lock on an exterior door that could be used for egress in the event of a fire.
