What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC,bought real estate with two mobile homes on same.no one will claim ownership of these.what can i do?:confused:

**A: what do you mean no one? Was the home financed and if so who is the lender? What is listed on the title report for the property? Is there a bill of sale for the homes? What did the Seller of the property tell you about the homes? There is a lot more to this story.

Does your county require owners of mobile homes to pay property taxes on the structure when they dont own land ??? ill bet they do , so if so there should be a record of to who and where the property tax statements were sent to.

have since learned title to same was decreeded in divorce to wife,but ncdmv says title still in husbands name.husbands lawyer says he cannot sign title over legaly.wife from whom i purchased land split for parts unknown.
