Help, our backyard floods during the winter. We have home that
were build later than our home and were build above our home, so when it rains we get the run off. Do we have any recourse ?

Thanks Penny

**A: contact the building dept. and order a site inspection. If your home and the others are in the same subdivision, take a look at the grading plan and topo map. Contact the developer.
If the neighbors touched the finished grades and created the drainage conditions into your property, then you have a cause of action against them.
