Driveway Speeds

What is the name of your state? Washington

We have an driveway that is a general use easement for ingress/egress for ourselves and the neighbor's property behind ours. There are a couple of their 'guests' that drive back at speeds that we consider excessive (over 10 mph). We have asked several times for them to slow down, have erected a sign stating that the speed limit is 10 mph. If we are standing right there, they creep down, if not, they do as they please. We don't have the money to put in speed bumps or install access gates. What can we do?

Do you have money to invest in a rifle?

There is really nothing you can do other than continue requesting the neighbors compliance. Your drive is not controlled by public speed laws.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

My response:

1. Rent a backhoe. Dig trench across driveway, 5 feet wide, 10 feet deep.

2. Erect your own billboard. Place cop car and cop dummy behind billboard. Remote controlled siren and lights!

3. Tank traps. Look at some old WWII footage for examples.

4. Land mines in strategic places. Self-explanatory.

5. Have children. Train them to lay down in driveway.

6. Reroute driveway using cement walls that lead them back to their house.

7. Set up toll booth. Charge money. Let them speed.

8. Install speed sensitive "bungie sticks". Automatically pops up when a certain speed is exceeded. Puncture tires!

9. Set up a machine-gun nest. Also is self-explanatory.

10. Turn driveway into a "destruction derby" raceway. Destroy their cars.

Very good ideas.
Another idea would be for the writer to communicate with the property owner and sue if needed due to the actions of their guests.
