I live in Missouri. My girlfriend and I have a verbal agreement to
buy her mothers property . About 3 weeks after haveing moved in
we found out that Her mom had signed a contract with the People she had bought it from . Giving them access to the property so that they could run a go cart on it as long as they cut the grass for five years.. being that we didn't know about this contract when we agreed to buy this place do we have to honor that contract??

Please help thank you ...
