Two years ago I purchased a home. I recently did a land survey and I found out that there is an easement that is given to the adjoining property. The text of the easement said that it was for "passage way" purposes only. The home owner who has the easement parks his vehicle in the easement area. I have two questions that I want answered.
1) Can I stop the parking in the easement area?
2) Can I install a gate and give them a key?
