I live in New Jersey and have shared a common access driveway to the rear of my property with my neighbor. Actually the 10 foot wide drive is made up of the 5 foot edges of each of our properties. We are friendly and have shared snow removal costs and maintenance costs of this common drive for years. Since we are both senior citizens and are concerned over a "clear title" in the event our widow has to sell to a new owner, we were wondering if there was a generic FORM for granting easment to each other which would obligate a new purchaser to abide by this long standing arrangement. |
