I bought a house not to long ago .my neighbor has a easment to use my drivway to get to his house. my survayer found that i have a easment on his property for parking. the survayer gave me the paperwork from the county to soport this.the problem is he has a fence blocking my easment on his property to park.also he has storage bulidings on the easment itself.i tryed to talk to him about this . he said he is not responsable to do any maintince on on the drivway and he wasnt going to move fence so i can use my easment for parking can you give me info on easments and responablitys. can u help please
