Electric company encroaching into my yard

What is the name of your state? Texas
The local electric company has a juction box well inside my property line. Is this legal? Can I get them to move it if I do not want it in my backyard? The yard is small enough as it is and with the digging restrictions around the box I hardly have any room to build anything back there.
