09/1963. Easement users paved out 15-36 feet from easement.
Do I have legal recourse? Encroachment occured last week

My response: recourse for what? Are you the owner of the ranch property? If so, then if the paving area included the easemnt area and BEYOND into your property, then they have trespassed and encroached.
