error made by realtor as far as lot dimensions

What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I just purchased a home that was advertised as 4.5 Acres. I went to settlement and found out that it was only 3.93 Acres, do I have any recourse??

**A: did you order a survey?
Why not? The real estate agent is not a surveyor. Did you get an appraisal and confirm what was listed for lot size? Did you have a real estate agent or real estate attorney help you?
You may have a complaint for false advertising but such a claim would be between the FTC and/or your State regulatory office and the real estate brokerage office.
