Why not? The real estate agent is not a surveyor. Did you get an appraisal and confirm what was listed for lot size? Did you have a real estate agent or real estate attorney help you?
You may have a complaint for false advertising but such a claim would be between the FTC and/or your State regulatory office and the real estate brokerage office.
