Everything is turning upside down

What is the name of your state?ky
I recently wrote a message regarding surviorship deed. Since that message all things seemed to have changed. My wife and I will not be purchasing a home from her mother. I have confirmed she is and has been having an affair. No big news! The question I pose is one pertaining to our newly purchased business. We purchased a business (building and assets) two years ago. This buisness pays its own way but it does little more. I soley run the business. It is, as of now still in the red as far as the mortage. If a divorce proceeds, would I be able to keep my business and would I have to pay her a portion even though the mortgage far exceeds the appraisal value. Thanks for any help.

*** There is simply no way for anyone to answer that question on a factual basis. I am sure that she will make some claims as to the business or profits, current or future. And the final result will be a result of a negotiation on what if anything she will agree to.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

You need to contact a divorce attorney immediately. He can advise you on how to protect your assets.
