Thanks for the replys and information.I'm still not sure what to do.We L&t,had an oral agreement.sale of property never mentioned.month to month was.I need to know if L can throw my family and possesions into the street.I'm currently off work due to injury,waiting for worers comp. to pay,so needless to say,funds are short.please help.thanks

I am going throu the same thing in ma. how long has it been sice you were given notice? Have you gone to court yet? I know this doesnt help but would really like to know what I am to expect.E-mail me if you want maybe we could work together on some of this. Thanks Sue
