In a California farming business, a house is provided to the employee, no lease agreement, no rent charged. Employee quits, no notice. What kind of consideration is required for eviction process? How many days to vacate and does notice have to be in written form?

If there is no lease of any kind and no money is exchanged, lease laws do not apply. Thus, no notice is needed. Your situation sounds like housing is provided as a condition/benefit of employment; an employee loses all benefits when terminated.
