Can anyone give me the down and dirty on how a landlord goes about evicting a tenant in the state of Florida? Any guidelines or free referal would be appreciated. Thanks.

Read the FL landlord tenant laws: Title VI, chapter 83. The parts about eviction start at 83.58.
