Ex-boyfriend listed on title/mortgage, but not on the loanWhat is the name of your state? Wisconsin When my exboyfriend and I refinanced the house, we were both listed on the title/mortgage. He didn't qualify for the loan portion, so the note to the home is in my name, and I am responsible for all the payments. He is not listed as the borrower on the loan. He is now taking me to court saying the house is his. What is the law in Wisconsin regarding a situation like this? ![]() |

Try to negotiate and if that fails, a partition may be needed. |
