I evicted my roommate and on the day he left he stole everything in the house. He smashed up things in the house and punched holes in the walls before he left also. What can I do legally to make him pay for what he has done? Can his parents' or friends' be prosecuted for harboring materials that they know are stolen?

Post
File a report with the police listing your stolen property. They may be able to tell you how best to proceed to recover your property.
