Ex-spouse not refinancing?

I have filed a quit claim deed when I got divorced 4 years ago. Since then, my ex-wife was to refinance but has not done so. I have made several calls offering my assistance as well as a certified letter stating what I would be willing to help out with.

What other options do I have? Can I sell the house on my own?

You can't sell the property since you no longer own it. You ned to hire an attorney and force a sale or refi based on the divorce decree property distribution agreement.
