What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California.

I understand that if I bequeath my principle residence to my daughter, the mortgage holder does not have the right to call the loan. However if I want to bequeath only 50% of my residence to my daughter, and the other 50% to another individual (let's say her mother, my ex wife), would the lender then have the right to call the loan?

Am I in the right forum with this question?
