My exgirlfriend falsely accused me of domestic abuse. As a result a restraining order was put in place and now I can't go to my home. She has laid claim to my property, her name is on nothing, utilities, contract ect. I basically told her she could stay with me because she was kicked out of her house. How do I get her out and what recourse do I have for damages and missing property? Help in Iowa
