What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

My fiancee' and I just moved into a home 1 week ago. Since that time, we have had numerous trouble...the biggest one is the plumbing. The bathtub leaks a lot, the dishwasher was installed so that there is extensive water coming out during the cycle (the floor in the cabinet under the kitchen sink is warped). We did have an inspection (because the loan was FHA) AND the seller did not disclose any of the things that are turning up.

My question...is the seller responsible for the trouble we are having. Do we have a legal recourse for this?

Thanks!

Marie
