What is the name of your state? florida
3 years ago we purchased 5 acres as an investment, we have decided to sale, when the purchaser had a title search done we discovered there was an undisclosed drainage easement to the property. this was not disclosed to us and we have a warranty deed on 1 acre and an agreement for warranty on the remaining 4. is there a form or something we can do to keep our morgator from forclosing on us, while we locate an attorney to help us regain the monies so far invested in this acreage?? is there any hope that we will be successful in recooping our monies? the county where we live holds the easement and will only release 1/2 acre for building purposes. the person we purchased from knew about the easement but did not disclose it to us.
we have thus far paid $12,267.00+ and have requested reimbusement of only $10,000.00 of it. should we seek damages for the loss of the sale, the sale would have netted us $52,000.00 in cash and other considerations combined.
we had one attorney but he bailed because of a conflict of interest, but not before advising us to fore go our december payment and instead pay it to him, we did now he has not done anything for us, but says we are not entitled to our money back:mad: please time is running out for us can you help, january one another payment is due and if we get to far past due as we will be we will never catch up:mad: please please help hopefully by december 30 please, i am not beyond begging at this point please help me
