In the State of Texas it is impossible to find an apartment complex or management agency which will accept a convicted felon, who is on probation, as a tenant.
How does this person find a reasonable place for him and his family to live??
Can a relative rent an apartment and allow this person and family to be sole occupants?

You need to find a more lenient L or management company that will give you the break that you need. You also need a sponsor like a friend or relative: someone that would pass the credit and reference check and would cosign and guaranty the lease agreement.
