What is the name of your state? arizona my neighbor has erected a block wall 6 inches on his side of the property line. he has no way to maintain the wall on my side without coming on to my property. he says for me not to attach to his wall since it is 6 inches on his property. if i maintain the grass and weeds on his side, do i eventually get possession to this 6 inches?

**What does "not to attach to his wall" mean? You are already in possession of the 6 inches.

It means the neighbor is claiming his 6 inches of property so that there is no adverse possession.
