| Neighbor has put up a fence cutting off a portion of my property. I live in Texas and the property is located outside the city limits. Can I remove the fence myself? If not and I have to employ an attorney, can I sue for legal fees? |

| If you know for sure that the fence is on your property, then that portion of the fence that is on your property belongs to you. Therefore you can move it. |
