we bought a home this summer in indep., mo. our loan went fha. at closing we found out that the termite inspection was not done. we closed anyway. we went to refinance our mortgage and found out that we have no fha insurance because of this termite inspeciton. we can not refinance this house because of this. the mortgage company, washington mutual, does not know how to fix this problem, however they are still collecting the $39.14 a month for this insurance. the mortgage company is collecting money for an insurance that is not being provided. they will not release us from our mortgage and nor will they draw up another mortgage either. what do we do next? help please!
