File a Complaint Against Condo Assoc.

I have interior structural damage to my condo due to the building shifting. 3 other condo buildings in the complex have already been jacked and raised back in 1994 but the association refused to fix the interiors and my homeowner's insurance will not cover the damage either.

This is the first time my building has experienced damage but the buildings that were previously jacked/raised are experiencing damage for the 2nd time.

I have $1,800 worth of interior damage and the association refuses to fix the problem. A structural engineer has done an assessment as admits in writing the buildings are shifting.

I've talked to 2 of the residents being affected and they are willing to file a cross-action law suit with me.

Where do I begin to file a law suit without spending a lot of money?

**A: talk to several construction defect litigation attorneys. And the word is class action lawsuit, not cross action.
