What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I know in Arizona there is a way to find the owner of a house via tax records (and the address), is there a way to do the same for someone in California (LA County)?

Mer county property tax records at county property tax desk can be looked up in person in some places, online in others , or one can try to call and ask over the phone, all one needs is the address , If you dont have a address but know what city or county a paid search firm likely can provide it since they often subscribe to other data bases and have the capability to learn the most current information.

Social security death index, probate filings, foreclosure filings, bankruptcy filings, LLC filings, corp filings, skip trace. The address of record is not necessarilly where one finds the owner of record.
