I am currently a trustee on a Landtrust in Daytona Beach, Florida. I want to resign and from what I can find online I have to give the owner written notice. They will have 30 days to find a replacement. The owner will not accept my certified letter of resignation. I have a feeling she is going to do nothing to take me off. What options do I have to remove myself?
