last year my father died. he was a dead beat dad who never paid child support to my mother who lived in pa. he took off 30 years ago to fla. we were just notified that the title to his house was in his name only. he is remarried. the wifes lawyer sent us notification that the wife wants to sell the house and wants a huge percentage of the sale. what rights do we have as the children. none of us live in fla. can we keep her from selling? do we have to share any of the sale with her? please help. we only have 20 days to reply to the lawyer.
