Florida timeshare scams heighten after hurricanes hit.

Timeshares are a well known scam but, here is a twist. Facing rising insurance costs - time shares like the all other Florida real estate are facing rising insurance costs after the hurricane season of 2005.

Now Florida's timeshare sharks have been hiding manditory disclosures and scamming the unsuspecting with even greater boldness. East Ocean Development Corporation the developers behind Silver Seas Resort in the Fort Lauderdale were the first to be named in a lawsuit:
