Fooled into something I wasn't aware of


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? RI
My spouse and I bought a home through a trust set up by his aunt and managed by his mother. Unbeknown to me, I have no claim on the home. It is set that it is my spouses and my childrens unless the mother in law passes or the home is paid, then my name can be added. We were not made aware of this before the purchase. I've read the promissory note and deed info and nowhere does it state this information. At the closing, which I still didn't know I had no claim, my spouse and I both signed off as buyers on the agreement between the real estate agents. My question is am I now liable because of signing off as a buyer? Do I have any rights/recourse to get this rectified without losing the house or anything. Please help me. My life was ripped out before my eyes, and a 30 yr commitment was made without my consent.

No one can even guess an answer without a FULL reading of the documents. Take them to a local attorney who can review ALL the facts and advise.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
