undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Missouri Any info on how to appeal a part of the action in a court house
steps partition sale. We don't want to throw out the sale, but the action of the other party and their lawyer in an ad for the sale was erroneous.
There has not been one of these sales in our county in at least 50 years
and no one seems to know what to do. This was not a bankruptcy or
foreclosure. A family farm was being sold because two parties couldn't agree.

**A: confusing post. What are you actually asking?

1. Two owners of a family farm are involved in a Partition for Sale suit.

2. The judge in the suit has ordered the family farm sold at the courthouse steps.

3. In proceeding with the sale, someone placed an ad with specific information regarding the sale.

4. Certain information in the ad was incorrect.

5. That certain information may or may not affect the price paid for the sale of the family farm.

6. Our poster wonders if there are legal means to stop the sale until the incorrect information can be corrected.

Is that about right?

**A: are you sure your travels were not with gall and liver?

http://www.moga.state.mo.us/STATUTES/C528.HTM

Read that statute and then tell me what is wrong with the sale.
