What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
I've had to sell 1/3 of an acre of the 2.6 acres of property my home sets on for a right-of-way for a road improvement. What are the tax laws for this additional income since I 'HAD' to sell the property? Thanks for any info.
