I am purchasing a foreclosed home and the previous owners have left a truck and personal property in the garage. What can I do to legally dispose of this property?

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Thank you.

You can't do anything until you close. When you do, contact the foreclosure Trustee and get appproval. Normally, once closing takes place, anything left on the property becomes the new owners. The truck would not fall under this same scenario due to separate title and registration issues. Have it towed away to a towing/storage yard.
