What is the name of your state? florida

I have a timeshare in Orlando and due to financial reasons I no longer able to pay the monthly fee, how do I go about foreclosing on the property. How will this affect my credit.

**A: I suggest talking to an attorney right away. You can't foreclose on the property, only the creditors can such as the lender, developer or HOA.
For credit questions, please post on the Credit and Collectiond forum.
