Husband of 9 years recently said wanted a divorce. He has been carrying on an affair with married woman and 2 kids for almost 2 years. Found out within last 2 weeks he has not made payments on many bills including mortgage. He has maxed out all credit cards. I do not work at present, deal was I go to school he works. He makes 6 figure income. He is currently traveling on business and refuses to return my phone calls. Question is, mortgage company refused partial payment sent Western Union Quick collect. Now they say they will return money and send to Accelerated Foreclosure. How soon can this be accomplished? What recourses or alternatives do I have? No, I do not have relatives I can ask for loan, don't even know if alive or dead.
