Full Disclosure On 5 year old Real Estate Deal

Would someone please provide me with some general insight on the full disclosure laws in Florida? It is pertaining to the purchase of a house that had a long history of flooding which was not disclosed upon purchase. The house has flooded 3 times in the last 3 years and there really is no resolution in sight. The city was trying to get a grant for this house and 5 others, but FEMA just said no to raising these houses because of the costs to do so. I really was trying not to go into the whole law suit issue, but do not know what else to do to fix this situation. Raising the Floors is another option, but it is for an amazing 3 feet to lift above the current flood plan...it is already at 6.5 feet.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. I did hear of another person in town that sued the past owner in a simular situation and he was forced to buy the house back at market value.
