What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY
Hi-my question we have a fence in yard and a gate that is closed all the time,Can anyone open and come through?I have always heard that a open gate inply consent,so if it's closed none should come through? Does this hold true?Or do I need to post no trespassing :)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
