i have a mortgage on property that includes an old mobile home. i purchased a new modular on a separate mortgage and placed it on the land. i wish to remove the old mobile home,which is not connected to anything. is this legal for me to do without refinancing the land? state of ohio the old mobile home is included in the land mortgage, but is not livable.

You need to get approval from your land mortgage lender.
