**A: Congratulations. Having the knowledge of a licensed real estate agent would greatly help you in your work at the title company. You did not state whether you were going to have an active or inactive real estate license. If active, there would be no confilct as long as your real estate transactions are handled by a different title company. Also check your employer's regulations.

New Homes

Yes it will be Active and thanks for the Reply..

Another Question, Since I work for this title company as a
Computer Tech, would this make any difference if it is a conflict or not ? (since i do have access to title programs which i do not used for my own personal agenda) and how about NEw Homes
Transaction that will go to the title company i work for ?

I asked this since my my boss found out i have an Active License and mention it is a RESPA violation to have an active License.

Thanks Again

**A: the conflict of interest and the law with respect to same is a moot point since you must abide by your employer's regulations.

**A: your boss has no clue about RESPA. There is no RESPA violation if an employee has an active real estate license and works as a computer tech for a title company. I suggest you read the RESPA regulations. It is not easy to understand even for attorney's.

Thanks Again
