ca. What legal action can I take against a real estate broker who lost a sale for us (the buyers) because he failed to lift a contingency in time and the sellers then had an "out" of the deal. We have an outstanding bill for the inspections and also legal fees.

My response: you can sue the agent. What for? I don't know since you did not state.
