Question

give spouse the whole house

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY
Mortgage is paid off
owned with wife as tenants in the entirety
I want to be off deed with wife as sole owner
Do I jusst give her a quitclaim?
Is there transfer tax? Live in Nassau Cty, NY

If y'all are still married, then giving your spouse a quit claim deed will do nothing but screw up the title to the real estate.
