Is it better for both of us for me to give my house or sell my house or maybe rent my house to my daughter.

What do you want to accomplish?
Generally the problem with giving things away is it's irreversable and also it can screw your medicaid eligibility.

If you want to let her live there, let her live there.
If you want her to have it when you die, put it in a trust or will.

I was going to give it to my daughter but i'm afraid of the taxes for her and
me both. She wants me to buy another house and her to move into mime.
Any suggestions.
