Giving real estate to a minor

i live in ct. the gift was given to my daughter by her father who lives in sc. the land is in sc. he gave it to her then a few years later asked her to sign it back to him. i would not let her. we recently found out he had someone sign her name to the document and put his wife's name on . my daughter was a minor at the time but she is an adult now. what do we do?
