Can anyone help me with the subjects of grant deed. One night, my ex-girlfriend got me to put her name on the grant deed as well as mine. Now, we are no longer together and she is threatening to take the house away. What kind of defense do I have for my stupidity.

Explain. Who owned the property before the seduction? Whose names are on title now?
