grazing leaseWe had a grazing lease that renewed continuously on the 1st of September unless notified in writing by June 1st. There is no termination on sale clause. The property was sold and the former owner notified us of the sale on August 31st. Is the new owner legally bound to honor the lease for the ensueing year or should we hold the past owner accountable? We live in Montana. |
