Group HomesWhat is the name of your state? North Carolina A youth group home is planning on building next store. My subdivision has Code & Covenents that state that Business can not be run out of homes are Group homes considered businesses, (I believe that this group is non-profit since they have united way connections) ... also states that use is for single family dwellings. Group homes are not single families, would this restrict them? We do not have a neighborhood Association so that isn't a resource. Any thoughts? |
