Heir Property

What is the name of your state?
Texas

I am trying to acquire total ownership of heir property. I have asked family members to sign over their individual shares using a Quit Claim Deed form. I was wondering if these will be accepted by the courts and how do I file all the Quit Claim Deeds to have the property put in my name?
